Domestic Orders

  1. Handling Damaged Parcels at Delivery
    • We dispatch all orders through trusted courier partners. However, if you receive a parcel that is visibly damaged, please do not accept it. Return it immediately to the delivery person.
  2. Reporting Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Products
    • If you discover any damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product after opening your parcel, kindly notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Email us at radhikaethnics@gmail.com, attach clear images of the issue, or reply to your order confirmation email.
    • Our team will resolve the matter promptly and arrange for an exchange, if applicable.
  3. No Shipping Charges for Damaged Products
    • In cases of a damaged product, no shipping charges will be deducted from your refund or during an exchange process.
  4. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
    • Products that are delivered in good condition cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • We do not accept returns or exchanges based on:
      • Design, color, or print preferences.
      • Customized products.
      • Products purchased on sale.
    • Please note: Misprints, patches, minor dye stains, and slight color variations from website images are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
  5. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases, including returns or exchanges, except for products damaged during transit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  •  If you want to cancel your order placed with us kindly cancel it before shipping, once your order was shipped from us then we can’t cancel it. For cancellation of your order please drop a mail on radhikaethnics@gmail.com or you can also revert back on your order confirmation mail. We take approx. 1-3 days to ship your order from our place.
  •   For cod orders we immediately cancel your order and send you a confirmation mail on the provided mail id. For the paid order we cancel your order on immediate basis but refund takes 2-3 days, we send you a refund confirmation mail on your provided mail id.
